Skarsnutens fjelleventyr - Konferansepakker
Vi tilbyr konferansepakker fra kr. 1975,- pp. Pakken inneholder overnatting i dobbeltrom med frokost, møtepakke med lunsj, kaffe/te og pauseservering, samt en deilig 3-retters middag i restauranten. Vi har satt opp våre tre utvalgte favoritter, som vi liker å kalle Skarsnuten signatur aktiviteter. Utover dette har vi satt opp et variert forslag med aktiviteter som vi tror dere også kan like.
Vi tror at møter skjer der hvor mennesker er. Enten det er i Spa-avdelingen, eller i en fjellvegg. Uansett hvordan dere møtes, så gjør det jo ikke noe at det hele er pakket inn i en eksklusiv ramme.
Afterwork
For å dele de gode opplevelsene, le og kose dere sammen etter endt dag, kan vi foreslå å avslutte med en liten afterwork på hotellet.

End your meeting day with a wine tasting and a journey through the world of wine. A delight for all the senses!
Challenge your colleagues in lighthearted competitions! Divided into teams, you’ll compete to see who is the fastest, sharpest, cleverest, and most strategic as you take on classic pentathlon-style tasks. These can include physical challenges, brain teasers, or a mix of both (tasks are tailored to the group), with a fun award ceremony at the end.
Upgrade to a setup with tablets and interactive tasks for an exciting and entertaining day with a creative points-based hunt. Skarsnuten Challenge is highly engaging and can be played both outdoors and indoors! The game is a fun activity where you complete a variety of missions on a tablet, ranging from code hunts to photo challenges and quizzes.

Why not swap the meeting room for a walking meeting? Take your meeting outdoors and experience the mountains at 1,000 meters above sea level. An experienced guide will lead you on a roughly 3-hour hike in the high mountains above Skarsnuten Hotel. There’s little that beats a coffee break in nature or lunch around a campfire. The hike is suitable for most participants. Find new inspiration in the fresh mountain air. Shorter or longer hikes can be arranged upon request. Transport is calculated separately.

End the meeting—or swap the meeting room for teambuilding at Golf Alpin Hemsedal. A full 18-hole golf course, par 72, and the only one of its kind in the region. The course is beautifully surrounded by tall pine forests, idyllic ponds, and lively wildlife. Play individually or as a team-building activity:
Team Tournament: Scramble Best Ball
This is a popular stroke competition where each team receives a rope in meters equal to 10% of the team’s playing handicap. During the game, the team can improve the ball’s position by moving it. The rope is shortened by the same length the ball is moved. Beyond the rope, the team has no handicap advantage. The total number of strokes used by the team for the round is the final score, regardless of whether the rope has been fully used. The key is to use the allocated rope strategically. Prize for the winning team!

Enjoy the wind in your hair on a hardtail mountain bike. Bikes are delivered to the hotel, and we recommend cycling Fanitullvegen toward Ål. This is a beautiful gravel road with minimal traffic and plenty of scenic spots to take a break along the way. We also have many other great route suggestions — just ask us.
We recommend upgrading to e-bikes for groups with a wide range of ages and fitness levels, so everyone can enjoy the same ride. Guided tours are also available.

You’re never too old for sledding! Join us for an exhilarating ride from the hotel down the entire slope with our guides. This is the most popular activity of the winter season and is suitable for everyone. We guarantee big smiles and plenty of laughter — and maybe even a spark of friendly competition!
Duration: 1.5 hours
Equipment: Casual clothing, sturdy winter boots, helmet, and ski goggles (loaners available if needed)

Join us for a pleasant guided snowshoe hike in the mountains. Suitable for everyone, this is a unique and atmospheric experience that lets you immerse yourself in the winter landscape.
Duration: 2–3 hours
Equipment: Casual clothing, winter boots
Location: Skarsnuten and surrounding area
Enjoy a scenic horse-drawn sleigh ride through beautiful surroundings at the foot of the majestic Skogshorn. Each ride accommodates up to 25 participants. After the ride, a warm drink will be served — feel free to bring your lunch and enjoy it at the smithy.
Duration: 1 hour, plus transport and optional time for lunch
Equipment: Warm casual clothing, hat, mittens/gloves
Location: Haugen Farm, Lykkja (approx. 30 min from Skarsnuten)
Transport: Private; can also be arranged through the hotel (transport costs apply)
With a guide and equipment. If your group enjoys heights, Via Ferrata offers an exciting and airy adventure. With an experienced guide, you’ll follow the mountainside up to the top of Vesle Røggjin along steel cables. This is a fantastic teambuilding activity where you’ll need to support each other to reach the summit. The route offers stunning views along the way — and a breathtaking panorama at the top! The route can also be adapted if some in the group prefer to take a different path and meet at the summit.
Duration: 3.5–4 hours
Equipment: Bring sturdy shoes/mountain boots and weather-appropriate clothing; optional thin gloves (available for NOK 30). Small backpacks with snacks and drinks are allowed. Helmets and harnesses are provided.
Location: Skarsnuten Mountain Resort & Spa
For those who love speed and adrenaline, Mountain Cart is a “must-try” that guarantees plenty of laughter and big smiles. At the hotel, you’ll be provided with an oversized tricycle and a helmet before racing down the mountain. The carts don’t have pedals, only footrests. The activity includes two runs in total.
Duration: 1.5 hours
Equipment: Casual clothing suitable for the weather, plus goggles to protect against gravel and stones
Location: Outside Skarsnuten
For groups of 14 or more, we organize a program where participants are divided into smaller teams for shorter rides starting from the lean-to. Here, you can enjoy lunch and a warm drink. Each dog sled is pulled by 5–6 dogs, with one person driving the sled while another rides. Midway through, you can switch roles if both want to drive.
Duration: Long ride for groups up to 13 people: approx. 3 hours; larger groups are customized.
Equipment: Warm casual clothing, winter boots
Location: Hemsedal Huskies, Eikre (20-minute drive from Skarsnuten)
Transport: Private; can also be arranged through the hotel (transport costs apply)
Want to combine an activity with skiing? This is perfect for you. We meet outside the hotel, divide into teams, and hand out maps. The goal is to collect as many checkpoints as possible within the allotted time while on skis or snowboard. Equipment and lift passes are not included.
Duration: Approx. 1.5 hours
Equipment: Skis or snowboard and lift pass (we can assist with equipment rental and lift pass purchase)
Location: Hemsedal Ski Centre — meet outside the hotel
Experience skiing and the Hemsedal mountains at their best with one of our certified, experienced local guides who will take you to the best snow in Hemsedal. The guides tailor the difficulty and length of the tour to suit your group’s preferences and skill level.
Duration: From 3 hours and up
Equipment: Skis or snowboard, helmet, climbing skins, avalanche gear (we can assist with equipment rental), warm clothing, backpack with food and drinks

Mitt navn er Beate Hugin og jeg jobber som Sales Manager. Jeg har mange års erfaring fra hotel, event og reiselivsbransjen med et hjerte for salg, kundeoppfølging og destinasjonsutvikling. Det er derfor en drøm som går i oppfyllelse å få ansvaret med å fylle Nye Skarsnuten Hotel og en så spennende destinasjon som Hemsedal med grupper, konferanser, events og kick off.
De siste 25 årene har jeg benyttet det meste av fritiden på å besøke norske ski og fjell destinasjoner med fjellstøvler eller ski på beina. På denne måten har jeg opparbeidet en stor begeistring for frisk fjelluft, en god forståelse av hva som utgjør en vellykket konferanse og hva som skaper de magiske øyeblikkene på fjelldestinasjoner.
Det å få tilbringe så mye tid i Hemsedal og inspirere andre til å reise hit er en energiboost. Jeg hjelper dere gjerne med planlegging og finner noe som passer akkurat for deg og din gruppe. Skap begeistring på jobben med en tur til fjells!
