Welcome to morning yoga with Rebecca Loos, Saturdays at 08:30. Join us on a 60-minute journey through calmness, balance, strength, and mindful breathing, safely guided by the skilled Rebecca. Be inspired by panoramic views of Hemsedal's majestic mountains, and enjoy the sensation of being one with nature.

Join us for a blissful start to your Saturday with a Morning Yoga Flow. A 60-minute journey through calmness, balance, strength, and mindful breathing, safely guided by the skilled Rebecca. Be inspired by panoramic views of Hemsedal’s majestic mountains, and enjoy the sensation of being one with nature.

The class takes place in the luxurious spa area. The session is open to everyone, and external guests are welcome to book breakfast and spa in addition.

Choose from the following options:

Yoga: 250 NOK
Yoga and breakfast 350 NOK
Yoga and spa: 400 NOK
Yoga, breakfast and spa: 550 NOK

The class starts promptly at 08:30! So please arrive early, allowing time to unroll your mat and take a few deep breaths before the session begins. Yoga mats are available for those who don’t have their own. All levels are welcome. Please note that the yoga session is in the spa area, it is warm and light clothing is recommended.

This class is designed to gently awaken both body and mind, setting the perfect tone for a peaceful weekend ahead.

Begin your day with a grounding meditation, allowing yourself to let go of the week’s stresses and tensions. As you connect with your breath, feel the gentle flow of movement guide you through a series of rejuvenating yoga poses. Each posture will be accompanied by mindful breathing, fostering a deep sense of presence and inner calm.

Throughout the class, we will focus on gentle stretches to release any overnight stiffness, awakening every muscle with care and attention. With each movement, invite a sense of gratitude for this opportunity to nurture yourself.

As the class progresses, we will gradually build heat with flowing sequences, awakening your body’s natural energy. Embrace the opportunity to challenge yourself mindfully, honoring your body’s unique needs and boundaries.

We will conclude our practice with soothing restorative poses, allowing you to sink into deep relaxation. Feel tensions melt away as you surrender to the stillness within.

Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class welcomes all levels. Start your Saturday with a sense of clarity, balance, and inner peace that will stay with you throughout the weekend.
