Skarsnuten is open for summer from Wednesday to Sunday, May 7th to June 29th.
From July 2nd, we’re open every day until the end of the month.
In August, we return to being open Wednesday through Sunday.
Whether you’re traveling from east to west or the other way around this summer, we recommend a stop with us. Enjoy lunch with the best view Hemsedal has to offer! You can relax in our wonderful spa or dive into an activity-filled experience.

Feel the thrill of Via Ferrata!
The route starts at Skarsnuten and takes you all the way to the top of Vesle Røggjin—along steep rock faces and narrow mountain ledges.
“Via ferrata” means “iron road” — a cable is fixed to the mountain, and you clip yourself in for safety all the way up.
