Are you passionate about customer service, love working with events and conferences, are structured, and tidy, have an eye for the small details and have a positive atitude? Then we really want to hear from you!

We are looking for a skilled employee for our event and conference team at the newly opened Skarsnuten Hotel as a conference host

Work assignments

  • Be present and provide a high level of service during conferences and events.
  • Prepare, furnish and organize meeting rooms, as well as outriggers.
  • Rigging for a dining area inside and outside the meeting room.
  • Serving, cleaning, and washing up during and after conferences.
  • The hotel consists of a small team, so we want all employees to be flexible and willing to help out extra if needed, even if this is not necessarily part of the instructions for the position.

Your attributes

  • Has experience in service, preferably in the hotel or restaurant industry.
  • Is solution-oriented and has an eye for the small details
  • Outgoing and welcoming
  • Flexible both weekdays and weekends
  • Scandinavian or English speaking
  • Thrives at a fast pace
